Before you order

Which credit cards can I use?
We accept VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, China UnionPay and JCB.

How much is shipping?
We ship all over the world. If you order for more than 70 euro, we pay the shipment. Orders below 70 euro, you pay 15 euro.

Any hidden costs?
No. However, if you live outside the EU, you may have to cover import fees, duty and such with the local government and under local regulations.

How long does it take to ship?
From we receive your order; we ship within 2-3 business days. We use GLS for shipping directly to your front door. Except in Denmark, where we use the local Post Danmark.

 

After you have ordered

Can I track my order online?
Sorry not yet, but it will be possible in the future.

It's damaged!
If your product is damaged or broken on arrival, take a picture of it and send the picture along with your order number to shop@normann-copenhagen.com We will contact you as soon as possible to find a solution.
